Came across this dragonfly dying in a drain while retrieving a Pink-necked Green Pigeon (Treron vernans) carcass. Turns out it’s a Pale-spotted Emperor (Anax guttatus), one of the largest dragonflies in Singapore and an uncommon species to boot. Cool!
